WORKOUT TIMERS
Circuit training timer
Work through each station on the clock, with rest between stations and between rounds
A circuit is a series of exercises, or stations, done one after another with short rests, then repeated for a few rounds. A common setup is 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest at each of 6 to 10 stations, for 2 or 3 rounds, with a longer rest between rounds.
How to set it up in Cero
- Create a new advanced timer and choose the Work / Rest template.
- Name each work interval after its station, and give it its own color and icon.
- Use Duplicate intervals to repeat the circuit for another round.
- Use Add interval for a longer rest between rounds.
- Save it, and share it with your class as a Cero file or a QR code.
